You thought it would fit in your house, but it didn’t. In that case contact us right away for returns.

We talked about it

  • If the item is still in its packaging, we will refund the cost of the item via your original payment method.
  •   If the item is unused but unpackaged or unassembled, we will assess its condition and value it. In this case, we will give you a voucher for our store.
  • Remember to keep your purchase receipt to make the return.

In accordance with Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, refunds equal to or greater than €1,000 in cash will not be made. The refund in these cases will be made by bank transfer.

Personalized products are excluded from our return policy.

These return conditions do not affect the rights of consumers in terms of guarantees (RDL1 / 2007).


Our handmade products have the best guarantee.

To make a warranty claim, you will need the purchase receipt.

General legal rights: Under current consumer law, customers have a legal warranty. We are liable for any non-conformity of the product within the warranty period, which begins when the item is delivered.

In case of complaint: contact us and we will evaluate the product to agree on a solution.
